Once you have completed the ordering process, you will be presented with an option to upload your images to our server for us to print on your personalised gift. You simply enter your name and order number, click the 'browse' button to locate the image on your computer and press 'submit'.

Remember you can also logon to your account at anytime to upload your images by simply 'Upload your image' on the view order page of your account.

Digital Cameras
Photos from a digital camera work out very well for every item we offer. The resolution needed for our process is done for you automatically when you use digitized photos from a digital camera. For best results the camera should be set to it's best (.jpeg) setting. Simply upload the photo from your digital camera to your computer, and then simply upload them to us from your account.

Instructions for Digitizing Photos

• Scan your photo at a minimum 300dpi(ppi) to 400dpi(ppi) resolution and set the size of the digitized photo, (in your scanner's software) to roughly the size you want for the item your ordering. DO NOT USE YOUR PHOTO EDITING SOFTWARE TO ENLARGE PRINT OR INCREASE RESOLUTION - (RESAMPLING)
  
• Make sure that you are working with the photo only, not the entire scanning bed. Your scanner's software should have an option for selecting the photo only, such as a "marquee" tool.
  
• Send the scan to a software program such as 'Adobe' or any 'paint' program. Then save it as a quality .JPEG, .BMP, or .TIFF file.
  
• Upload your image to us from your account.
